Once we have completed construction of your individual garment, we will be using USPS for domestic services in the US and UPS for international services to carefully ship all packages. Delivery times for each product will be shipped within 5-6 weeks after your purchase and our team will provide principal shipping updates via email. Please note that shipping carrier services are subject to change based on customers’ locations and optimal estimated arrival times.
We will endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged by our small team. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, with an additional 5-7 business days for final delivery.
*Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global shipping routes, please be advised that shipping times may be significantly delayed. Please raise any issues related to delayed shipping times with the relevant carrier as stated above. We are not able to provide refunds on any shipping-related costs.
Per our contract with USPS and UPS, all packages will be marked as merchandise. Any and all custom charges are not included within the shipping costs outlined; the buyer will be responsible for any additional customs-related charges, and we are unable to lower the value of package declarations.
BEGUN LLC is not responsible for any packages stolen or lost during transit. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
